Where To Begin: Do you have tight hips? Are you able to move through a complete range of motion in your primary joints? An initial biomechanical assessment is the starting point. This assessment takes one hour and will be followed up with a thirty minute complete assessment and explanation of your results.
Initial Assessment: $150
Ready to improve your fitness, health and longevity? Each individual 30 minute session will be specifically curated to your biometric strengths and weaknesses ensuring rapid improvement.
30 Minute Session: $50
For those who are ready to take their fitness to the next level and have developed the requisite joint range of motion and strength. The 60 minute session will challenge your body to develop greater fitness than ever before.
60 Minute Session: $100
