As a health psychologist, my passion is bridging the gap between where they are and what they can become. I believe people can and will succeed given appropriate information and possessing desire and discipline.
I work with my clients at the intersection of knowing and doing. I am a decision change support agent, guiding clients in the discovery of self-determined health and fitness achievement.
Passion with a purpose. Choosing to work hard for something we care about is called passion. With a doctorate in Health Psychology, I have been passionately teaching and consulting for thirty five years.

Where To Begin: Do you have questions about where to start or how to improve your nutrition? Are you ready to learn, take action, and make a change? This initial assessment takes ninety minutes and will provide you with a complete and specifically curated food plan optimized to integrate into your lifestyle. Your healthier version of you is waiting for you at the end of your fork. We will create the roadmap for your success.
Initial Assessment: $150
After completing your initial assessment, the second session will be sixty minutes and include a detailed measurement of your progress with Physique Graph proprietary measuring software.
60 Minute Session: $100
Any desired ongoing nutrition sessions are thirty minutes. These are a great way to maintain accountability and can be scheduled at any time interval that works for you. I would enjoy traveling the path with you.
30 Minute Session: $50
Where To Begin: Do you have tight hips? Are you able to move through a complete range of motion in your primary joints? Do you have pain or weakness? Not sure where to begin or how to advance your current exercise program? An initial biomechanical assessment is the starting point. This assessment takes one hour and will be followed up with a thirty minute complete assessment and explanation of your results.
Initial Assessment: $150
Ready to improve your fitness, health and longevity? Each individual 30 minute session will be specifically curated to your biometric strengths and weaknesses ensuring rapid improvement.
30 Minute Session: $50
For those who are ready to take their fitness to the next level and have developed the requisite joint range of motion and strength. The 60 minute session will challenge your body to develop greater fitness than ever before.
60 Minute Session: $100
Approximately 25% of people struggle to change their habits.
No matter how much information or inspiration they’re exposed to. They can read every nutrition book, follow every wellness influencer, and still not make the changes they need. Even when a doctor outlines serious health risks, they continue to smoke. Even as their weight and energy levels decline, they keep overeating. For this group, change remains a constant struggle.
Another 25% seem to succeed almost effortlessly.
These are the ones who appear naturally disciplined or genetically gifted. They make healthy living look easy. Whether it’s shedding weight, building strength, or sticking to a clean diet, it seems to just click for them. To the outside world, it feels like they were simply built for success.
